A Non-Partisan Rally on the
One Year of Isolation for
Our Loved Ones in Albany, New York
One Year of isolation is inhumane, cruel, negligent and violates our loved ones living in nursing facilities Resident Rights, Disability Rights, Human Rights and Civil Rights. Our Statewide and Federal Leaders need to address the second act of unnecessary deaths IMMEDIATELY through modified visitation. This day will commemorate the vulnerable we have lost and will continue to lose, if Federal and State Leaders do not Open the Doors for Care and safe Visitation in Nursing Home Facilities IMMEDIATELY.

We are Families of over 100,000 vulnerable in New York State. We are united in our
prolonged pandemic grief that has left us separated from caring for our vulnerable, disabled, elderly family members who live in
New York State long term care facilities.
Some Loved Ones are in Heaven, some are
Covid-19 Survivors - all of them need us to speak
for them. We have spent one long year waiting to care for them - as they remain
isolated in their rooms.
will SHED LIGHT on this cruelty happening in Nursing Home Facilities - and will acknowledge the voices of this national humanitarian crisis.

We used this image on October 14, 2020 for our
and we use it again.
This image signifies that we hold forever in our hearts those we have lost to COVID-19 in Nursing Facilities and those who have perished from the unnecessary isolation and separation from their Personal Family Caregiver.
We acknowledge our COVID-19 survivors living in nursing facilities who have not connected with their family caregiver in one year on March 12, 2021.
We have not forgotten about you - we continue to march in your name.

WE LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING EVERYONE THERE!
"OUR RALLY IS A NON-PARTISAN RALLY for the Families. To care and be cared for is not a political issue. To care: A privilege. To be Cared for: A human right. We refuse to allow our vulnerable to be used and exploited for political agendas.
Our Rally is about Remembrance. Our Rally is about Honor. Our Rally is about our Loved Ones. In Heaven and still isolated. We encourage
groups to join us in this spirit for our disabled and deceased Vulnerable.
We emphasize: this is a Non-Partisan Rally. We've come a long way in a tragic year - and we will continue to build over time pushing for essential care rights now and in the future for families and their loved ones."
